SMOKE OUT QUEEN
[edit]Smoke Out Queen, known professionally as Smoke Out Queen, or (Smoke Queen), is an American
rapper and songwriter. Born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, she moved to Jacksonville, Fl when she
was 18 years old and then Montgomery Al where she attended Alabama State University, then back to
Mobile, Al, shortly in Venice Louisiana and New Orleans, then to Atlanta Georgia where she now
resides. In her teens, Harrison started off rapping with two other friends she went to high school with in
a group, but they fell apart and each person began to do their own things. Heavily influenced by fellow
female hip-hop artists like MC Lyte, JJ Fadd, Mia X, and others and male hip-hop artists like 2 Pac,
NWA, etc. In 1999, she put out a CD single with 4 songs on it called Bringing it and after much delay
in 2011 the entire CD was put out with 15 tracks from the album Bringing It and just released music in
2019 to Youtube.
Smoke Out Queen was one of the first rappers, especially female, to start out with her own label:
Smoke Queen Productions, BMI that was distributed by The Orchard.
Smoke Out Queen's music has mostly been underground. She performed shows down south in
Mobile, Alabama, Pensacola Florida, Montgomery, Al, Jacksonville Fl, Moss Point & Pascagoula
Mississippi, Baton Rouge Louisiana, and Atlanta, Georgia in the 90's and early 2000's.

She was on the track doing the vocals as his mom on the original version of Trial Time at 3:20 of this
song: The Last Mr. Bigg's CD Trial Time (rap artist from Mobile, Al) before he passed away in 2015.
