University of Bologna Law Review
[edit]The University of Bologna Law Review (ISSN 2531-6133) is a newborn general student-run, peer-reviewed, no-fee open access journal (green road) published by the Department of Legal Studies of the University of Bologna (Italy), which boasts an almost millennial history as the oldest university of the Western World. Its main purpose concerns being a qualified research tool for practitioners, scholars, students, legislators, and others interested in legal studies.
The journal is on-line published twice a year (Web site), and each issue is focused on specific subjects, analyzed with an interdisciplinary approach. All the submissions are subjected to a rigorous editorial process, which involves a double-blind peer review, carried out by junior and senior reviewers. Its Advisory Board is composed by more than 54 professors and legal experts from all over the world, while financial support is officially provided by Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
