Creative Coders
[edit]Creative Coders is an uprising tech company in Zimbabwe, it was created by two computer geeks at Hartmann House, in Harare. Now at St George’s College the senior school of Hartmann House. These two young programmers are Taida Chinamo(13) and Kunashe Makahamadze(13)and they founded the company through Whatsapp messaging.
The Beginning of Creative Coders
[edit]The idea was thought of by Kunashe after a fight on who was the better programmer, since they were the only programmers they knew. At that time Kunashe had only made two games on Gamefroot and Taida had been more of an animation coder and worked on scratch. Kunashe later learnt HTML, CSS and JavaScript. While Taida learnt Python and C#. The name Creative Coders comes from the Creativity from Taida Chinamo as he is the Head Designer and CO-CEO, and most of the coding comes from Kunashe Makahamadze as he is the head developer and CO-CEO.
The People
[edit]Creative Coders currently has 6 people working there, although these people are all still young they reportedly work daily, the small amount of people allows a large profit and each can get paid. The hiring process reportedly took around 10 days and over 50 people applied, with only 3 people getting hired. The company hired heads of social media, finance and apps/games. The three people who were hiring them were Kunashe Makahamadze, Taida Chinamo and Shaun Bote.

The COO/Manager of Creative Coders
[edit]Chinamo and Makahamadze knew that they could not lead the company themselves like what Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak had done with apple. So they added their good friend and leader Shaun Bote to the Creative Coders Board of Directors and he became the COO. Shaun was a debating and public speaking guru, he was a good student, a captain and an all around good guy. Although Shaun had never led a business before and he never knew how to code he had helped in the creating of Creative Coders and he got the job after a vote on Google Meet.
The Head of Social Media
[edit]Because of his large following on apps like Instagram, Yves Kenge was given the role of being the Head of Social Media. At only 12 years old Kenge has over 950 followers on Instagram and over 50 subscribers on Youtube (without videos). Yves has only 4 posts on Instagram and he has an average of 260 likes per image, he is one of the most followed 12 year old's in the country of Zimbabwe. Yves is also the lead marketer and he controls the Creative Coders social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Makahamadze has said, "Yves was not hired because of his academic record or his following but he was hired because of the way he brings people together online."
The Head of Finance
[edit]Rafay Mahood is a math wizard who is always at the top of his class, one of the company's most intelligent employees. Rafay is reportedly known as the company's math wizard, and he oversees the company's finances. The Pakistan-born nerd adds diversity to the six-man team and brings more intellectual power to the company. Although CC has not made a million dollars it still has money to be given to the employees and that is why Rafay is there.
Game tester
[edit]Micheal Mukori was given the role as the game tester, Mukori is in charge of testing all apps before their worldwide release. Micheal is in charge of many other things such as coming up with new ideas, creating Play store and app store accounts, e.t.c Micheal also works with Kunashe Makahamadze in the subsidiary of CC called Creative Websites, Micheal's father is in the tech business and that is where he gets his love for technology from.
Creative Websites
[edit]Creative Websites is a subsidiary of Creative Coders, Creative Websites (or CW) was developed as a way to make quick money for Creative Coders. Creative Websites is controlled by Kunashe Makahamadze(CO-CEO) and Micheal Mukori (Game tester), Kunashe makes the website templates and Micheal gets customers and controls the finance. Creative Websites makes websites for companies, individuals and organisations. Creative Websites was developed to make money after a dry spell for the company, it was made by Kunashe Makahamadze.
