Social Media are websites and applications that enable users to create and share content or to participate in social networking [1]. It is readily available at our fingertips. However, as entertaining it is, there are downsides to it as well. Social media has been linked to depression, anxiety, lower-self esteem, etc. especially in teens and adolescents [3]. The main component of unhappiness related to social media is comparison.
