"Dive" is a song by American dream pop band Beach House. It was released on March 7, 2018 through Sub Pop, as the second single for their album 7 (2018).^[1]

Release

Along with the announcement of their seventh studio album 7 and its accompanying tour dates, they would release "Dive".^[2]

Critical reception

Named upon release as "Best New Track", Jayson Greene from Pitchfork said that the instruments used on "Dive", a "louder guitar and a "detuned" organ, "play out against a melancholia meant to feel as untouchable and ancient as the moon in afternoon sky".^[3]
