The concept of FlamingoTrigger was conceived in the sweltering Virginia summer of 1984. There is much controversy surrounding its formation, but it is generally agreed upon by the scientific community that FlamingoTrigger is the greatest thing since the invention of fire.

Today, FlamingoTrigger is used only in case of emergency. It lives quietly in retirement somewhere south of Chicago, having grown weary of an action-packed life full of drugs, gambling, expensive cars, and more expensive women. For the past 83 years, its hobbies have consisted of blood donation, bar mitzvahs, and eating poptarts, and lately, growing a beard and wearing flannel.
