Velocity is a roller coaster which opened to the public on 2 July 2005 at Flamingo Land Resort, UK. The is situated in the Flamingo 1 section of the park. the ride begins with a brief safety announcement then you hear the famous word “ Hold on tight “ the train leaves the station and stops at the launch section before you launch you hear a motor bike revving it’s engine until the sound of the motor bike finally takes off you launch from 0-60 in only 2.8 seconds.
The ride is the only Motorbike coaster in the U.K. and the tallest and fastest Of its kind
The ride features a unique restraint design created specifically for Flamingo Land Resort. This leaves your upper body to move freely.
