The revert you performed on John Steuart Curry reverted to an article containing information copy/pastd from a WP: article. That revert has been reverted. Happy editing! I do not respond on other's talk pages, only on mine  Atyndall93 | talk  12:09, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

ARE YOU KIDDING-look at the article, I reverted it again to the version by Bongwarrior. The article has been seriously vandalized by the editor you reverted my correction to....Modernist (talk) 12:12, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
See the top and bottom of this you'll see that the author put "Subject's popular name (birthdate – death) can be a lead-in to the subject's real, formal, or extended name. Describe the subject's nationality and profession(s) in which the subject is most notable. Provide a description of the subject's major contributions in the immediately relevant field(s) of notable expertise." at the top and other WP: page content at the bottom.  Atyndall93 | talk  07:43, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

Hi. I recently reverted the page to restore information that a random user has deleted. Unfortunately, this removed one of your minor edits. I'm writing to apologise and invite you to resubmit it. Cheers, Primarch (talk) 13:12, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

Done. Happy editing!  Atyndall93 | talk  13:43, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

I'm sorry but if you wish to experiment please use the sandbox not wikipedia articles, this constitutes vandalism, hence the warning. Happy editing!  Atyndall93 | talk  13:25, 7 April 2008 (UTC)

Cartoon Network, you wrong! It isn't a vandalism

It ins't vandalism. JSH-alive has deleted http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cartoon_Network_around_the_world to create a disambiguation page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cartoon_Network_(disambiguation) Nobody can delete a long page to create a disambiguation page! Please, help me! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.2.115.169 (talk) 13:24, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

Could you retransfer the article from en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cartoon_Network_(disambiguation) to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cartoon_Network_around_the_world? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.2.115.169 (talk) 13:29, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
No, the choice was made because it made more sense than having two versions of 4 articles being edited independently. What content are you trying to get back in? --treelo talk 13:32, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
Western Europe Channels, for example... Cartoon Network Europe isn't aired in all Europe, but in the following countries only: Portugal, Russia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belarus, Ukraine, Balkan countries, Moldova and Slovenia.
You can go on http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Cartoon_Network_around_the_world&action=history
The long article is on http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Cartoon_Network_%28disambiguation%29&diff=203517291&oldid=203244832 --79.2.115.169 (talk) 13:36, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
Sorry for this whole issue Atyndall, the problems that concerned this user have been dealt with. treelo talk 19:54, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
OK, it's fine. I just don;t understand how my talk page became the discussion ground for this. Happy Editing!  Atyndall93 | talk  08:50, 9 April 2008 (UTC)

Wikiguard Source

Yeah, the source on sourceforge should be all you need to compile the application. I'll take a look into converting it into XCode 2, but I think it already is... It's been over a year since I've looked at the source, so I'd have to doublecheck. --Brad Beattie (talk) 17:14, 13 April 2008 (UTC)

Vandalism Accusation

That's my buddy's User Page...you need to chill out and stop trying to be a WikiHero..vandalism...give me a break...go find some real vandalism on pages that actually matter. 76.233.6.152 (talk) 17:54, 13 April 2008 (UTC).

Vandalism is vandalism, regardless of who performs its. Besides, I have no proof that the user in question wants his userpage vandalised. Thankyou.  Atyndall93 | talk  11:54, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
For some strange reason I happened to stumble upon this vandalism accusation and I have to say sir, you are wrong. From my understanding of Wikipedia Guidelines this material does not fall under vandalism. Saying that you don't know if this user wants to have his user page written on is like saying you don't know if someone on Facebook wants someone to write on their wall. Shame on Wikipedia for choosing such inept monitors. Perhaps you should find something else better to do with your time. 129.133.141.159 (talk) 13:55, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
Well, at least you are polite about what you are saying, but please do not judge people you do not know or even have a complete background of, they may take offense. From WP:VANDAL: Types of vandalism: Userpage vandalism; Adding insults, profanity, etc. to user pages or user talk pages. As for the Facebook/Wikipedia comparison, these are two completely different websites, utilizing two completely different sets of rules. Also, it is considered part of Wikipedia etiquette not to edit another user's page's without permission unless that person has stated that he/she wants his page edited.  Atyndall93 | talk  14:14, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Famelix Logo.gif)

Thanks for uploading Image:Famelix Logo.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media)..

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 00:43, 18 April 2008 (UTC)

Article in which image is to be used is currently being written in the user namespace, so the image will be orphaned for about another 3 days.  Atyndall93 | talk  03:30, 18 April 2008 (UTC)

Image:Famelix_Logo.gif

I have tagged Image:Famelix_Logo.gif as {{orphaned fairuse}}. In order for the image to be kept at Wikipedia, it must be included in at least one article. If this image is being used as a link target instead of displayed inline, please add {{not orphan}} to the image description page to prevent it being accidentally marked as orphaned again. List of 2007 national Grands Prix

The one race that does not link to a page with 20+ reference links is referenced. Do all those reference links need to be duplicated? --Falcadore (talk) 03:53, 20 April 2008 (UTC)

Just add a footnote pointing that out if it's not too much trouble.  Atyndall93 | talk  04:03, 20 April 2008 (UTC)

Thanks

Thanks for reverting the vandalism on my user page. :-) —Anas talk? 11:31, 21 April 2008 (UTC)

Help Me

the user:mongoose300 vandalised my page I created. I just wanted to comment on his user page but I guess he doesn't have on. The article I talking about is 225th BSB —Preceding unsigned comment added by James.d.mccollum (talkcontribs) 07:14, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

Ok, you just need to keep using the warning templates that you are currently using until he vandalises past the last warning template, then follow the instructions here and he should be blocked if he really is a vandal.  Atyndall93 | talk  07:17, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

Do you have an autograph book?

Hey, $.R.$. here! So, Atyandall, do you have like a guestbook or something? I'm willing to sign it! If you do, have I already signed it? Just wondering! THE SRS 00:38, 23 April 2008 (UTC)

Thanks 4 the help

On reverting vandalism on my userpage, i appreciate it. I wish there was a way we could instantly know that someone has edited our userpage just like when someone leaves a message on our talk page, that would help a lot. I didn't even know my page had been attacked, but i guess now i know to keep a lookout, you would know when doing RC patrol its only a matter of time before someone vandalises your page just like has been done to you. Thanks again. Roadrunnerz45 (talk) 03:31, 26 April 2008 (UTC)

I agree, it should tell you when someone has edited your userpage. No problem about reverting the vandalism, just doing my job.  Atyndall93 | talk  04:21, 26 April 2008 (UTC)

Stolen page

Thanks for letting me know. Is there anything I can do about it???--CyberGhostface (talk) 00:06, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

I would suggest removing information that is specific to you (your edit count, userboxes etc) and leaving the basic style and setup.  Atyndall93 | talk  03:47, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

Also

AnalW has also copied the userpage of User:Wael.Mogherbi. -- roundhouse0 (talk) 09:53, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

OK, I'll remove that stuff as well.  Atyndall93 | talk  09:54, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
