Filemon Soalisokhi Hulu was born Hoya on December 12, 1991. He is the last son of Mr. Faogombowo Hulu (Late) and Mrs. Gatinawua baene (Late). He has two brother and three sister. He graduated his study at Elementary School in 2003 at SDN No. 071078 Sifaoroasi-Gomo. Then, he continued his study to his favorite school at SMP Swasta Bintang Laut Telukdalam as the best school at his town. He graduated his study in 2006. After that, he continued his study to a Senior High School in Aektolang at SMA Swasta St. Fransiskus Budi Bakti and chosen Social Department. He was graduated 2009. Then, he continued his study at college. The name of his college is IKIP Gunungsitoli. He chosen the English Department because he is very keen on studying English even considered that English is very important in his future. During studying in IKIP Gunungsitoli, he is known as a cheerful guy, hard learner and hard worker. After studying around five years, and by the mercy of God he can finish his study at IKIP Gunungsitoli. He dedicates this bachelor to his family and his best friends. He is very proud of them.
