Luapula Provincial Library, is a Public Library under the Ministry of general Education. The library is situated in Mansa town, about 780 KM away from the capital city of the country Zambia. The Library provides information materials catering from grade one to grade twelve as well as for students at Universities and colleges. Currently, the library is undergoing some minor adjustments in order to meet the needs of the user community or the public effectively and efficiently while also striving for excellency and professionalism in information service provision at all times
