Axis Vero Incorporated, (formerly AXS Enterprises) is a Canadian-based international private investigation firm, headquartered in Brampton, Ontario.

The company was incorporated in 2015 after changes in license portability were introduced by the Private Security and Investigative Services Branch of the Ontario Ministry of the Solicitor General, which caused all private investigators acting as contractors to or sub-contractors of other private investigative agencies to either take a specific role as an employee of said agency or register accordingly as a Business Engaged in the Selling of Private Investigation Services. At the time of this change, Axis Geffen, the founder and lead private investigator of Axis Vero Incorporated was engaged as a contractor or sub-contractor of several major Security and Investigative Agencies under the operating name, AXS Enterprises.

At the time, Mr. Geffen was one of only three (3) Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures (TSCM) practitioners located in the Greater-Toronto-Area and was subsequently in high demand. In an effort to bluff Mr. Geffen and pressure him into an exclusive contract that would immediately shut out all of the competing agencies from providing TSCM services, one investigative agency, issued Mr. Geffen an ultimatum to incorporate his business and register it as a licensed private investigation agency or to accept the exclusive contract. Mr. Geffen was unwilling to burn bridges with the numerous other agencies that he serviced at the time and instead closed AXS Enterprises and founded Axis Vero Incorporated. This action was accepted by the majority of the investigations market; however, the agency that forced the decision immediately terminated Mr. Geffen's service contract and in effect forced the company to compete to survive. Mr. Geffen credits this action as the "deciding factor" in his firm's success, as it forced him to learn how to market himself and the company as well as to seek out new clients and contracts around the world.
