Jay Wadley (born April 25, 1983, Edmond, Oklahoma) is an American composer and producer . His work ranges widely from classical music to Film, TV, AD and Pop music. [1]
Background
[edit]Wadley earned his undergraduate degree in Music Composition from Oklahoma City University and his master’s in music from Yale School of Music.[2] He has proudly studied under Edward Knight, Martin Bresnick, Aaron Jay Kernis, Edward Knight and Ezra Laderman.[3] He was a winner of a 2007 Charles Ives award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters. [4] In 2007 he started Found Objects Music Productions with fellow Yale School of Music graduates, Bryan Senti. [5] and Trevor Gureckis. [6] In 2009, Jay's first foray into TV music was composer of additional music on FOX's hit show Lie to Me, [7] staring Oscar nominated actor Tim Roth.
