New article name ...Heather Jean Gray-Barkley Born Heather Jean Gray to Max and Shirley Gray on March 23, 1965. She is noted in the women's professional billiard circles for starting and maintaining the SPIRIT tour (South Florida Women's Professional-Amateur billiard tour). This tour has been mentioned in billiard magazines around the world and the tour has also been at the top of "pro-am" tours in the country for years. Women such as Tracy Hines have gone professional on this tour. Heather has been interviewed for professional sports tv specials, played on televized tournaments, and interviewed for many magazine articles.

Biography: Heather was born in Ohio as the baby of three girls. Her older sisters are Robin Gray and Dawn Owen. When Heather was 12 years old her family moved to Boca Raton, Florida. She attended Boca High School. She began attending a local Bible College but had to drop out due to an unplanned pregnancy with Ben Berger, whom she gave up for adoption but he later found her in 2009. Heather married David Bruce King in September of 1985. They had a daughter, Amanda Victoria King, in 1987 but divorced in 1989. After fighting for custody of her daughter for years and following David back to Florida to be with her daughter, Heather married Eric Barkley in 1993. They had a son, Garrett Austin Barkley, in 1998. Eric Barkley introduced Heather into the world of billiards. After ten years of marriage with Eric, they got divorced in 2002. In that time, Heather had gained a knowledge and networking of some of the biggest names in the business. Steve "the Miz" Mizerack was one of her employers throughout that time period and she became close friends to his family. There are quite a few names that could easily be 'dropped' when skimming through a list of Heather Barkley's famous pool playing friends, hense her notability. She has been in a relationship with Richard Ruthven- who used to make billiard cues with Dennis Serring for the past ten years. She lives in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida with her son, Garrett, Richie, and his son, Tristan Bartlett.
