The Marquis Crossing Ladies Society's First Attempt at Murder is a play written by Pat Cook [1]. It is a Mystery/Comedy where The Marquis Crossing Ladies Society for the Arts begins writing a murder play when they find out that they have to pay royalty fees if they use an already written play. Soon a convict escaped from prison and an undercover cop pretending to be a covict arrive.
