I'm Ermintrude, and in the real world I write about science. As a scientist, I think that public debate about scientific issues should be based on firm scientific foundations. So far I've only got involved in Wikipedia on animal research (well, called animal testing by the Wikipedia admins) but I intend to expand my Wikihorizons in due course.

Actually, I'm the opposite of Ermintrude in Magic Roundabout. I'm not at all big and bouncy and noisy. But unfortunately I share her inability to sing and dance.
