Sir Ian Andrew de MacLeish

[edit]

"Once upon a time not so long ago but at the same time a great length of time ago, there lived a knight. His name was of course Sir Ian Andrew de MacLeish. You obviously know this, as the book you happen to be reading is entitled "The Biography of Sir Ian Andrew de MacLeish"

This is the opening statement of the story of the knight mentioned above, who's only known biography resides with his present day descendant, Ian MacLeish.

In his time, Sir Ian Andrew de MacLeish was known to be a very trustworthy and chivalrous knight, both to his friends and enemies alike. Sir Ian undertook many adventures in his time, and always preferred to avoid conflict wherever possible. He never killed unless it was of absolute necessity that he did so, and to those he killed, he always granted last rites.

The Many Comrades of Sir Ian Andrew de MacLeish

[edit]

Lady Carly Louise de Chiesa

[edit]

She was known in her time as a defender of the people's rights as much as the fabled "Robin Hood" is today. At the young age of 14 she disguised herself as a boy and ran away from her home in Italy. She traversed the countryside where she met, and became close friends with Lauren Heaney and Lord Ross de Platts. After a time, her travels brought her to the land of England and befriended the young Ian MacLeish who was not yet, at that time a knight.

Princess Lauren Nicole de Heaney

[edit]

The ever faithful friend and companion of Lady Chiesa, Princess Lauren was born in the small Spanish country of San Ramon as heir to the throne. As a young girl she cried alot, especially when her mother, the Queen of San Ramon, made her eat spinach, which by her accounting was one of the most dreadful dishes a person can be forced to eat. She was sent away from home around 14 to go and live in England and met the young Lady Chiesa on the road. They developed a close friendship and accompanied each other on many of their travels.

Lord Ross de Platts

[edit]

Not much was known about the young life of Lord Ross. He was born into the noble house of Platts, but at a young age left home to explore the rest of england. He became a bard during his travels and along the way, met up with the Lady Chiesa and her friend Lauren. It appears that when the party first came upon Sir Ian de MacLeish, Lord Ross did not believe that Sir Ian cared for his presence.
