[edit]About me
[edit]I am a Vietnamese student who lives in Washington and studies here. I like a variety of music and enjoy traveling to different destinations every chance I can, traveling gives me the chance to meet people of different cultures. This allows me to observe everyday challenges from a different perspective[1] and sampling their local cuisine. Besides, I am also very passionate about singing. When I sing is when I express my feelings with words that are difficult to convey to someone.
My Wikipedia activities
[edit]I am new at using websites like Wikipedia, so I'm just getting the hang of the tools we have here in my English class. I hope I will be more proficient in using this website in the future. Thank you for visiting my user page.
Article evaluation
[edit]Everyone has their own way of experiencing life. For me, travel is the funniest way to enjoy new lands, as it allows me to try unique food around the world. I'm a person who is passionate about food and especially the street food in every country. I visited the street food article on Wikipedia and found three things that are worth commenting on: influence in the world, the lack of regulation for food sellers, and citation.
Influences in the world
[edit]I found that almost all countries have their own special signature street food. Street food is arguably the most natural way to learn about culture, history, people, and places. True to its purpose, street food naturally draws us to explore, to venture farther afield than we would otherwise touch, to discover the flavor of local food but also everything it symbolizes. Here are some of the most popular street foods from different countries, namely Takoyaki (Japan), Banh mi (Vietnam), Crepe (France), Hot dog (United States), etc.
The lack of regulation for food sellers
[edit]One thing that hasn’t been discussed about the health and safety of customers in the “Health and Safety” section is that sellers must wear clean and well-kept clothes, and they should use gloves when in direct contact with street food and beverages. Many food preparation apparels including aprons, gloves, and smocks are constructed and designed to prevent microbial contact between the individual preparing the food and the environment. Make sure that appropriate clothing is used to prevent product contamination.

[edit]There were no dead links in this article and all of the facts directly quoted from reliable sources. I could tell the article was read correctly since there were no references to non-trustworthy sources.
Summary
[edit]Overall, I appreciate this post very much. The information presented in this report creates a very good overview. This page lists all the necessary resources. There is also a link to a list of street food dishes at the end of the article as well as to some other information related to street food.
