I am an undergraduate studying biomedical sciences at Marquette University. I am also involved in undergraduate research, the focus of which is on prions. By expressing the mis-folded proteins in yeast, we can determine genes that influence the appearance and propagation of the prions. Upon graduating, I am hoping to become a Nurse Practitioner specializing in family care and midwifery. In my spare time I love watching TV and movies. As a true Wisconsinite my favorite food of all time is macaroni and cheese.
