Dr. Karim Mohamed El-Sabrout

Karim El-Sabrout (Ph.D.) was born on 09/12/1984 in Alexandria, Egypt. In 2006, he acquired his B.Sc. degree (with Excellent) in Poultry Science and worked as a demonstrator in Alexandria University. In 2011, he successfully completed M.Sc. thesis (Relationship between productive and physiological traits in V-line rabbits during production season). In 2014, he graduated Ph.D. thesis (Seasonal and molecular variability of some productive traits in rabbits) in the Department of Poultry Production, Faculty of Agriculture, Alexandria University. In 2014, he has been appointed as Assistant Professor, Poultry Husbandry and Biotechnology, Alexandria University. He has many teaching experiences (English - French) in several courses like: Basics of poultry production, Management of poultry farms, Biotechnology, Quality poultry products, Basics of poultry physiology, Field training ..). He has reviewed many peer-reviewed articles for International/National journals and he is currently serving on the editorial boards of several academic journals. He has over twenty research publications in reputable local and international journals (Scopus/ISI). He is a member of World Poultry Science Association (Secretary of Egypt Branch).
