I am currently an undergraduate student at University of California, Berkeley, majoring in Molecular and Cell Biology, with a concentration in Medical Biology and Physiology, as well as a minor in Japanese. As an aspiring physician, I hope to aid in accurate translation and make information more accessible to the masses. I am passionate about science, medicine and technology. In particular, I am interested in how language reflects culture and influences human thoughts and perceptions.

In addition to being an amateur translator for Wikipedia:WikiProject Medicine, I am also a translator for Ted.com. I am fluent in Mandarin and English, with a working proficiency in Japanese and an elementary knowledge of French.
