Edwin Adoga Ottichilo is a Kenyan civil society champion. He was born on the 23rd August 1987 in Lugari Kakamega County. He started woeking with the Non State Actors since 2010. Some of the organizations that he has worked for include: Transparency International Kenya chapter, World Vision, CIAG Kenya and presently, the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, Kenya Office where he serves as the Country Programme Coordinator.

He has been instumental in agitating for political parties in Kenya to adopt and stick to political ideologies. According to Edwin, he is a centrist and agrees largely with conservativism.

While this is not the usual norm in Kenya (political ideologies), it is equally one of the reasons why politics in Kenya is too expensive and plain. "The same things you hear, and the same approach you will be reminded".
