I'm currently a Food/Protein Scientist working for Fonterra, a New Zealand Dairy company. Areas of expertise include

  • Mass Spectrometry
  • Minerals
  • Fortification of dairy based products


I'm going to start working on the milk protein pages, which are in a bit of a state, as well as some of the minerals used in fortification systems.
