Herb-y

Herb-y is a semi-fictional amalgamation of many different personalities created in the Throggs Neck section of the Bronx in the late 1970’s. Herb-y got his name from a popular activity utilizing herb to excessive degrees. A language was developed that could only be spoken and understood while herb was actively working. Many popular terms and catch phrases sprung up from the many herb interactions. An actual facial expression soon developed and you could only talk Herb-y when the expression was used.
