Hon. Engr. Kenneth Oboro Preyor (born 15 April 1963) is a Nigerian politician and incumbent Deputy Majority Leader of the Delta State House of Assembly as a representative of the Bomadi State Constituency under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Hon Preyor was born on the 15th of April 1963 to the family of Chief Preyor Embelegha and Madam Ekpongbolo Preyor of Kpakiama town in Bomadi Local Government Area of Delta State. He attended the prestigious Government College, Bomadi, and graduated from the Unique University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT), Port Harcourt with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Hon Preyor is married to Mrs. Campaign Preyor and together they are blessed with wonderful children and grandchildren.
