"Linked Hybrid", also known as "Modern MoMA", is the working title for a 220,000 m2 (2,368,100 sq ft) mixed-use, self-contained complex designed by Steven Holl Architects and currently under construction in Beijing, China. The development, which will contain more than 700 apartments, shopping malls, a theatre and primary education facilities, is projected to be completed in October 2008.
