Jim Diamond Libiran y Meer (Born: September 30,1966), is a Filipino film director, writer, TV reporter[1] and producer[2], newspaper editor and columnist, essayist, poet.
From an award-winning screenplay[3]in 2006, Libiran made his first film, TRIBU[4]in 2007, under the 3rd Cinemalaya Film Festival[5][6] and bagged several awards, including Best Picture[7].
