Campbell "66" Express, Inc. Campbell 66 Express, Inc. was headquartered in Springfield, MO and was founded in 1926 by Franklin G. Campbell and grew into one of America's leading motor carriers with 30 terminals in 12 states and over 1500 employees. Operations ceased in 1986 after 60 years of operation.
