Ralph Leroy Parshall (July 2, 1881, Golden, Colorado - December 29, 1959, Fort Collins, Colorado) engineer. Inventor of a flow-measuring device that became commonly known as the Parshall flume.
Career
[edit]Parshall was born in Golden on July 2, 1881. He received his B.S. in civil and irrigation engineering from Colorado Agricultural College (now Colorado State University) in 1904.
