Durfen Dwight Dasz, 01.01.1954 in Wanne-Eickel, Germany, died September 4th 1974, Chicago, Illinois, commonly known only as Durfen D. Dasz, was a German-born American Playwright, who rose to brief fame in the 1970s after publication of his 1971 play "The hair on Konstantin's Chest". Although the title is in English and the play was originally written in that Language it premièred in German in Berlin on May 5th 1971 at the Volkshoschule Köpenick Theatre.
