I have become rather disillusioned with Wikipedia and have stopped contributing -- I believe any project based on anonymous contributions is seriously flawed. It is stupid to trust someone, if you have no ability to discourage him from lying. He needs your discipline to stay on the straight and narrow, and anonymity prevents this. I learnt all this while trying in vain to protect the word ‘patriarchy’ from abuse.

Nevertheless, I don't think it is a project beyond redemption and I may return to do some more edits one day.
