I am an educated but novice Wikipedian so I don't know all the rules yet. But I'm trying to add some useful information, especially from a sociological, spiritual, and political perspective, and I hope I can contribute to the enlightenment of humanity without hurting many people's feelings. I live in the US, read books, ride my bike, think about things, drink, and come on here, exactly in that order. I don't have a girlfriend.

My Birth Chart
[edit]I bet that many people on wikipedia aren't that into astrology, but I don't mind. I've always been fascinated by it and given my pantheistic disposition in general, it has made a lot of sense, especially my birth chart.
Why I mention this here is just because I want (for anyone who is actually interested) to learn where I'm coming from as a wiki editor. I assume that Mercury, Moon, and their aspects, as well as the 9th house since it rules higher learning, are the relevant placements to share. My Mercury is in Aquarius in the 9th house, something which I take a lot of pride in, and explains some of my interests and communication style. My moon is in the 3rd house, and this is supposed to be a prominent position for writers. [1]
My education
[edit]I've attended three colleges in my life, first for a year at Baruch College in New York, then Portland State University and University of Washington for the rest of my school career, until I dropped out in my junior year because I wasn't motivated to go to classes. I studied in the humanities and writing, while focusing on sociology and philosophy. Ever since then, I've been a consummate reader of non-fiction and fiction, lots of history, philosophy, social sciences, random things; more recently I've been getting into the natural sciences, especially astronomy and biology. I'd go back to school but I can't be arsed to. Though I probably should.
My political persuasions
[edit]I am pro-woman, pro abortion, pro working class, pro BLM, pro LGBTQI+, pro Third World, pro animal rights, pro Nature's rights, and above all anti-moustache wax. I do not hold a diploma except in Boopology.
I am pro-science, but anti-materialism. I ultimately hold a spiritualist view of life, and have a lot of critiques of science culture and how it's structured our worldview in detrimental ways.
