In Iraq between April 1950 and June 1951, five bombings of Jewish targets occurred. The dates of the attacks were 8 April 1950, 14 January 1951, 14 March 1951 (according to Gat, 19 March 1951), 10 May 1951, and the night of 5-6 June 1951. The bombs were hand grenades, small bombs, or small explosives (with these planted in advance).
These bombings are widely held responsible for the exodus of Iraqi Jews to the newly created state of Israel.
Iraq held mossad responsible for the bombings.
