I run a research group in a teaching hospital, specializing in improving treatment and diagnosis of diabetes and other metabolic disorders. Although I find Wikipedia to be generally accurate, I would like to see it become more thorough. I think some articles are simply a collection of facts, but because the articles are written in bits and pieces by many of Wikipedia's users, they don't always represent a comprehensive view, often focusing on details and missing the "big picture".
