Railway Signalling in Queensland
Signalling practices in Queensland adhere to 3 different systems. While the basic principles of the systems are the same, the difference is in the method of delivery and the traffic volume the system can support.

Remote Controlled Signalling
[edit]RCS is the system which involves using a combination of numerical, colour and junction indicators in order to convey information to the train driver as to the route they will take and the appropriate speed. Below lists the aspects used within Queensland and their respective meanings.

Furthermore the signals are arranged in the following pattern based upon the signals actual physical construction.
