DR. Shivanand Hulyalkar is ex-cabinet Textile Minister of India

Dr. Shivanand Hulyalkar (born 15th June 1975) is an Indian Politician. He is from Pune, Maharashtra State of India. He is associated with Indian National Congress and holds various posts in party.

He represented Pune constituency as well holds different positions in Indian Central Government and Maharashtra State Government (Current and Past) from Indian National Congress.

Dr. Shivanand is associated with Indian National Congress and served party with various roles like General Secretary: Maharashtra N.S.U.I, Vice President: Maharashtra N.S.U.I, Vice President: Maharashtra Pradesh Youth Congress, Vice Chairman: All India Powerloom Board, Minister of Textile (Rank of State Minister), Congress: All India Media Co-ordinator, Vice President: Planning Commission Maharashtra.
