Lamberto Collari of Italy, holds distinction with not just the highest for the class with nine wins but hold the record for the highest single class wins of all time, most consecutive wins (5) and the most for a gas powered car. Serpent of the Netherlands and Kyosho of Japan hold the record for the most wins for manufacturers. Novarossi hold the most wins for an engine manufacturer with eleven wins with eight consecutive wins (including one for its REX branded engine).

^The race was originally awarded to Tadiello before it was officially announced; following protests by FFVRC, the French federation, the race had to be recounted which revealed Tadiello was a lap behind Lecat when the race was over and he eventually was awarded the win although Ted Longshaw, the IFMAR president, was by then ejected from the premises by the circuit owner and the trophy was awarded to Tadiello by the circuit owner without IFMAR's consent.
