The Sanford W. and Maude Smith House is a historic house located at 4 Grove St. in Chatham, Columbia County, New York, United States.
It was a home of lawyer, politician and judge Sanford W. Smith.
It was built around 1875. It was renovated in 1906 by Sanford W. Smith, a state legislator and judge.[2]
It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2020.[1]
