Mupoga

Mupoga is a shona word meaning power and growth most people don't believe this but i know its true . We the Mupogas we actually came from Malawi throughout history.We have always been recognized and played a major role in many parts of Africa 🌍.But I,a progany of the Mupoga ancestry , Vincent Mupoga ,I have always wanted to share my story ,one day my children are gonna look back upon this article and they're going to know my past.

My Grandfather , Came from Mozambique ,showing that they had already moved from Malawi.He came to the rigidly,economically unbalanced , Zimbabwe,🇿🇼.He came and rested in Dora where at that time people who lived in a particular area must have had the same surname, 😯 ohhh poor grandpa,What did he do then? He went on to change his Surname to "Chitaka",since the chief or Mambo at that time was Mambo Chitaka but his Surname had changed but as always you can never change your destiny its like a scar everyone will always know you. Sadly he failed to find the premises to stay and he went and stayed in Bocha where he was happily married to my grandma . They then moved to mutare ,Sakubva where they got a house 🏠 and later moved on to Mutasa where i believe is where i partially come from.They had 10 kids , 😨😳 woah.Suprisingly all 9 were boys and 1 girl. Sadly ,again my grandpa died before i saw him but i got to see my grandma. There is one thing i loved about my grandparents is that all their children had names from the bible , Showing that GOD 🙏🥺 is best.

From now on all i know is that now you know me and you know my family i hope i do as my surname says grow, achieve and percieve greatest.
