My Sandbox is a page where I can experiment with formatting and ideas without being disruptive to the Wikipedia community.

This is a top-level heading. I expect that the table of contents will appear above the first heading.

These are boxes that provide metadata. I think they are for Web Ontology Language (OWL) crawlers so that they can extract structured, meaningful information from Wikipedia and make assertions based on this information.

So, I am not exactly clear on when I will actually see the index or table of contents. I am trying to add new sections until the object appears.
