The question of whether to distribute condoms in prisons left Members of the public of Namibia groping for a solution.We are trying to reduce the risks of contracting HIV/AIDS and the ways of avoiding or preventing infection is this so wrong..We can ignore the facts in front of our faces we can even burry our heads under the soil but some problems will not just solve themselves especially the type that are affecting the nation at large.

We can not deny the facts that inmates are having sex, when reports of sodomy are being reported, other prefer to do it willingly and at times even brag about how they love each other. These occurrences have thus led us to ask this crucial question, should condoms be distributed to prisoners? But then there is a yes and no to everything in life so then again distribution of condoms might not be the solution to our problem.
