This user lives in the U.S. State of Alaska.

I have been an Alaskan since 1972, with the exception of about three years in Sweden. We currently live in Anchorage, but have also lived in Fairbanks, Delta Junction and Douglas.

My working career has centered around wildlife conservation (Hence the user name, "djurliv", a Swedish word which can be translated "wildlife" in English) but since retirement from state service, I have managed a website focused on Alaska outdoor activities.
