Deepak Sharma is an IPS officer and he is a professional body builder. he is regarded as one of the fittest bodybuilder as well as fittest cops in India.
Alongside he has record for most wins medals as an police officer.
Sharma gives some credit to Bollywood, specifically Salman Khan’s Dabangg for inspiring him to get into fitness and ever since, he has won multiple titles for himself and his department. Mr UP, Mr Haryana, Mr Delhi, Iron Man of Delhi (Silver), Steel Man of India (Silver Medal), you name it, and the jailor’s won it.
EARLY LIFE
[edit]Deepak sharma done his schooling from gujrati samay school rajniwas marg, Delhi. He graduate for ramjas college Delhi in 2008. he was also president of his college. After study he became a police officer in Delhi, currently he served as an ASP(Assistant superintendent officer) in Tihar jail (biggest jail of india) NEW DELHI.
In his body building carrer he says "When I started bodybuilding, my weight was 60 kg. I started bulking up and at one point I weighed around 118 kilos and then I started cutting. Now I weigh around 90 kg,”.
BODY BUILDING CARRER
[edit]“Every day, I wake up at 7 and exercise for 4-5 hours. I eat five to six meals a day and because I belong to a family of vegetarians I prepare my food with eggs, chicken and fish by myself in the morning.”. He started body building since his college life and he transformed his body into professional body builder. after becaming a police officer he achieved a lots of awards at state level, at national level .
