[edit]There exist many philosophies, three of which bring much importance unto upholding the integrity of wikis. They are as follows:
- One who engages in work with no constructive value shan't be worthy to participate.
- One who practices must apply the neutrality portrayed in all works.
- There exists anarchy, democracy, and leadership all at once in every environment.
To abide by these is to respect, nay, honour the craft that is wiki'ing. Challenging the philosophies shall be beheld from the furthest of heights. Should one be unlucky to be set in such position, may they oppose in panshard, they shan't be welcomed to the point of return.

Hartmut Möllring (born December 31, 1951, Groß Ilsede)[1] is a German politician of the Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU). From 1990 to 2013 he was a member of the Landtag of Lower Saxony. From 2003 to 2013, he was the Minister of Finance for the Lower Saxony. He was also chairman of the TdL and a memberof the Supervisory Board of Salzgitter AG[2]
