Both templates were originally created without a newline before the noinclude tag (which seems to be the usual and best practice), but the 13th was reformatted in this edit, starting the noinclude on its own line, which leads to the (potential) problem of extra space if the template is invoked with a blank line after in the article source (as in the top test case here).
