Goose meat is meat obtained from goose. Goose meat is a food that contains a high amount of protein, at the same time, the content of fat and cholesterol is low, so for many people, goose meat is an ideal type of food. The amount of unsaturated fatty acids in goose meat is also high, especially the amount of linolenic acid, which exceeds that of other meats, so eating goose meat often is good for human health. Goose fat also has a lower melting point and a soft texture, making it a relatively easy-to-digest meat. Goose meat contains a variety of amino acids, proteins, vitamins, niacin, sugar and trace elements necessary for the human body.
