David Gru (born July 25, 1990 ) is an American Football Coach who is currently the wide receivers coach at SMU[1]. A native of Newbury Park, CA, he has established himself as one of the elite wide receiver coaches in the country as well as one of the top recruiters in SMU history[2]. He has previously served as an analyst at TCU and CAL[3], working with both quarterbacks and wide receivers.
