Devon Vaughn is a senior at the University of Michigan. He is slated to graduate in May of 2010 with a bachelors degree in Earth Systems Science with a concentration in Meteorology.

Currently

Devon is currently involved in a number of activities.

He is the chief meteorologist for the University of Michigan TV station WOLV (TV). He is on air on Wednesday nights at 10pm Eastern on the stations' news program, Newsfeed.

Devon is also involved in his church, St. Mary Student Parish. He is a site leader for the church's Alternative Spring Break trip to South Carolina, and singings in both the Newman Choir and Triduum Choir. He also frequently attends Newman Student Gathering, Newman Catholic Student Association events, and retreats put on by the St. Mary community.

Work History

Devon has held a position with University Productions, a University of Michigan controlled group who put on theatrical and musical performances, since 2005. He is currently still employed by the group, and works as House Manager at the Arthur Miller and Mendelssohn Theaters.

He has also works as a camp councilor for Spring Hill Camps and a assistant teacher for the LEAD program put on by the University of Michigan.

Future Goals

Devon plans on finding a job in the news broadcasting industry as an on air meteorologist. He hopes to move to the Southeast, Pacific Northwest, or Mid-Atlantic Region.
