[edit]- Systema - Russian martial art made up of local fighting methods. (Russia has a diverse ethical background). Some variants are good at fighting against a knife empty handed, and some variants are good at handling multiple opponents.(As shown by Roland Osborne on Go!Warrior).
- Judo and Jujutsu - These should not be underestimated, in spite of how common they are. Judo is very good with groundwork, breakfalls, throwing, and grappling.
- Xingyiquan - Lit. Mind Form Boxing. The premise is whatever the mind can think, the body can form. Unique out of the three internal arts, in that it is hard and unglamorous, but effective with the intent to do a lot of harm in a short space of time with little training. It also serves as a way to exercise the internal organs.

Lit. eight image palm. Baguazhang is a form of kung fu designed to efficiently tackle multiple opponents. It is based upon the eight trigrams of the I ching.
- Tan huan chang - The single palm change. The main offensive, and basic action, of baguazhang. Represented by chien (heaven).
- Shuang huan chang - The double palm change. Represented by kun (earth).
- Ba mu chang - Eight mother palms.
- Nei ba chang - Eight inner palms.
- Deer Horn Knives – Primary weapon of Baguazhang.
