Deldan Namgial(born on 8 March 1996) is a Research Scholar, Centre for Inner Asian Studies, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. His main area of studies of interest are Security Studies, Geo-politics in the Himalayan region, Foreign Policy.

Early Life Deldan Namgial, popularly known by Deldan Ladakhi on social media, was born in Hunder, Nubra Valley on 8 March 1996 to Sonam Stobdan and Tsering Yangchan. He did his early high school in Leh, Ladakh and later did his Bachelor's from Kirorimal College, Delhi University. During his college time, he was in NCC and positioned as Senior Under Officer.
