User:Decampr/Choose an Article
I have three articles that I am thinking about editing; in all of them, however, I would write about the same topic. The three articles I am thinking of editing are:
- Clitoris
- Pseudo-penis
- True lemur (Eulemur genus)
My intent is to write about the unique female genital masculinization that has occurred within lemurs. In the clitoris and pseudo-penis articles I would make edits mainly pertaining to the ring-tailed lemur genitalia, however, genital masculinization has been broadly seen across the Eulemur genus as well and that is also something I would like to touch on. The Eulemur genus page is practically a stub; it does not contain much information about the commonalities among the genus. However, I think there could be a paragraph about female social dominance in this species, as well as some endocrinology work and observations of female genital masculinization. Alternatively, I could do this on the "lemurs" page, since there are brief mentions of lemurs on the clitoris and pseudo-penis and the word "lemur" is linked, but there is no specific mention of the lemur page of genital masculinization even though female social dominance is touched on. Right now, I think I am leaning more towards the clitoris page, just because it would be the most high-impact article to make edits in. It is not on the list of controversial articles, so I wouldn't see much problem with adding a section about female lemur clitoris morphology.
